Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. Orders ship from The Dominican Republic, so it will take from 12-17 business days (USA) and from 20-25 business days (Rest of the World) to get to you after processing time (Up to 7 days). Thank you for your patience!

Our tags are made of PLA, a vegetable-based bio-friendly hard plastic that can be recycled. In addition to this, we dome it using UV resin to encapsulate and preserve the design. Take into consideration that this plastic cannot withstand high heat without warping. Please be careful not to expose the product to temperatures exceeding 65C/149F.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you.
